Delete your account.
You can delete your Optimize Courier account and its personal data here, without installing the app. You can also do it inside the app under Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- Your driver's licence details and any licence, insurance, or registration documents you uploaded
- Your location history
- Push notification tokens and your support conversations
What is kept
Completed delivery records — the fact that a package was delivered, when, and the proof captured at the door — are retained in de-identified form where the logistics company we operate the service for has a legal or contractual obligation to keep them. They are no longer linked to you by name or contact details. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
How long it takes
Immediately. Once you confirm with the emailed code, the account is deleted and you are signed out of every device. This cannot be undone — you would need to apply again.
Request deletion.
We'll email a confirmation code to the address on the account, so nobody else can delete it for you. Stuck? Write to hello@desertacacia.com.
