How it works

Apply
Fill in the form — name, contact details, and your driver's licence. It takes a couple of minutes.

Upload your documents
Sign in to the Optimize Courier app and photograph your licence and proof of insurance. The app shows what's still outstanding.

Get approved
A dispatcher reviews your application. You'll get a notification the moment it's decided.
- 04
Start delivering
Assigned routes appear in the app with turn-by-turn stops, package scanning, and proof of delivery built in.
What you'll need
- A valid driver's licence that hasn't expired.
- Current proof of insurance for the vehicle you'll drive.
- A smartphone that can run the app — iOS 17 or later, or a recent version of Android.
- Vehicle registration, if we ask for it during review.
